The Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment is currently reviewing the way immigration advisers are regulated. The link below is to an online survey compiled on behalf of the Ministry by Martin, Jenkins & Associates Ltd. The survey is for completion by people who are recipients of immigration advice and would like to contribute to the review.  The results will be used to inform decisions about amendments to the regulatory system.
