  • Ethnic Women Leadership project

    This programme is designed to develop ethnic women’s leadership capability so they can be the agents for change in their own communities and the wider society.

    Ethnic women are encouraged to be influential and effective decision-makers, who are able to support ethnic communities to integrate and participate in society more effectively.

  • Civic Participation and Visibility: Women in Action

    Tanya Suin, Grace Ryu, Pritika Sharma, Gabriela Ugalde and Lucia Davis.

    Participants from the Ethnic Women's Leadership Programme have established the Ethnic Women’s Leadership Network, a collaboration of women leaders from various migrant communities living in Auckland. The group are also from a wide range of sectors such as media, health, education, advocacy, research and disability.
