Multicultural New Zealand is seeking your assistance in finding youth leaders and people working with youth in the Mt Roskill region.

The Multicultural New Zealand, New Zealand Human Rights Commission, Independent Police Conduct Authority and Hui E have partnered to hold a series of youth workshops with the support from Migrant action Trust, ACOFI and Mt Roskill Multicultural Councils.

Your input will assist with the development of an online tool that will make social services information more accessible for youth.

This interactive workshop will seek to understand the barriers youth (particularly from ethnic, Māori and Pacific backgrounds) face in using social services and will seek their help in finding solutions to these barriers.

The workshop is free to attend, includes dietary appropriate meals and wifi. Open to all youth aged 14-25, however age is not a barrier but a guide.

They are looking forward to welcoming you and hope the fun day activity will strengthen the engagement with youth from varying backgrounds including those with former refugee and migrant backgrounds.
