Come work with us! Engagement Specialist. As an Engagement Specialist, you are a key conduit into our ethnic communities and businesses. In collaboration  with your colleagues, you are responsible for developing and  maintaining strategic and targeted relationships with key individuals,  organisations and ethnic community and business leaders. You are responsible for convening and brokering connections for and between them for the purpose of advancing the social and economic inclusion and empowerment of ethnic communities and businesses, and resolving issues that may arise from time to time. Engagement Specialist
