Public submissions for input on the 2014 family justice reforms are now open!
The Independent Panel considering the 2014 family justice reforms wants to hear from people who have used the family justice system so they can better understand what is working and what can be improved.
The 2014 reforms made significant changes to the family justice system, including introducing Family Dispute Resolution and removing lawyers from the early stages of some Family Court proceedings.
The Panel has released a public consultation paper which sets out the key issues and asks some specific questions. The consultation paper and more information about how you can make a submission are available.
To ensure your voice is heard, submit your feedback by 9 November 2018.
