2022/2023 Highlights

Info graphic - Connected engaged communities - 4 strategic conferences - three Ethnic Advantage conferences and the EthnicBiz Forum to 650 Participants. Infographic: Health awareness and engagement - 30 Engagement sessions, 14 regions, 480 participants, 11 videos in 19 languages.

 Infographic: Extreme weather events support, engagements with 62 community organisations. 2,000 visits to our online Cyclone and Flooding Support Hub. Infographic: Ethnic Communities Development Fund $4.2 million funding support to 408 projects.

Infographics: Awards - the Ministry earned three Te Hāpai Hapori - Spirit of Service Awards: Prime Minister's Award for the care in the Community Welfare Response, Better Outcomes Award for the Afghanistan Resettlement Response and Special Commendation for Policy Excellence.
